Which costs less? Seems like a straight-forward question, doesn’t it? Cost is in the eye of the spender, so you’ll get a variety of answers depending on who you ask. Who’s right? Don’t guess my answer just because I am a full-service billing guy. I can debate “which costs less?” either way. If you do an accurate analysis and factor all costs, it’s arguably a draw.
A better question though is: which makes you more? That’s a question I can answer with absolute certainty.
Full-service billing will add more revenue to your bottom line than any do-it-yourself system. I have been in this industry for over 22 years and have advised roughly 2,000 membership business owners: I have seen it over and over again. My opinion: Anyone doing self-service billing is missing out on three fundamental opportunities and the scary part is they don’t even know it.
