Steven Pinado, Chief Executive Officer
In addition to overall executive management responsibilities, Steve is responsible for the company's strategic growth initiatives, including mergers & acquisitions, partnership development, and strategic planning. He also directly manages the financial planning and financial reporting functions for Member Solutions. He joined Member Solutions in January of 2004. He brings valuable insight from his previous experience in consumer & small business credit, investment banking, information technology and technology-enabled financial services. Steve began his career at Salomon Brothers and served in leadership roles at Electronic Data Systems, NextCard, and Advanta. Joseph Galea, President
Joe founded Professional Payment Systems (PPS), which merged with Automated Payment Services (APS) to form Member Solutions in January 2005. Joe led PPS from its inception, building that company into a leading provider of billing services for the martial arts industry. He is responsible for Member Solutions' sales team and client support initiatives, including the Client Education Program, business advisory and consulting services, client seminars, and industry relations. Prior to forming PPS, Joe managed sales and marketing for a large martial arts operation in New York. He is a graduate of the City University of New York's Baruch College. Jeffrey Cohen, Chief Marketing Officer
Jeff co-founded Automated Payment Services (APS), which merged with Professional Payment Systems (PPS) to form Member Solutions in January 2005. Jeff led APS through a period of intense development and dramatic growth. Jeff currently leads Member Solutions' marketing activities and is responsible for enterprise sales. Jeff has an extensive background in sales and marketing of technology-enabled service offerings and product development. Dina Engel, Chief Operating Officer
As a co-founder of Automated Payment Services (APS), which merged with Professional Payment Systems (PPS) to form Member Solutions in 2005, Dina has spent her entire career serving membership-based businesses. In her current position, Dina ensures the quality of service delivery, while overseeing Customer Service, Billing Operations and Client Engagement. Her vast experience in internal system design and implementation, identifying opportunities to enhance service offerings and the development and enforcement of company policy has directly led to the company's rapid growth. Her unique blend of creativity, customer empathy and operational expertise helps her team deliver targeted customer solutions and quality customer service. With proven, first-hand experience in building successful businesses from the ground up, Dina knows what it takes to be successful in the membership business arena. Jennifer Galea, Senior Vice President
Jennifer joined Professional Payment Systems (PPS) shortly after it was founded, and managed the operations and customer service departments from that time forward. At Member Solutions, Jennifer manages the Project & Program Management Office, which leads the way as we develop and enhance our solution set in support of our expansion into new markets and client segments.
